This 20BA100FFW is a precision control module which is designed by Sanyo Denki for high power industrial applications and offers reliable communication, advanced motor control, protection mechanisms and efficient power management.

The 20BA100FFW Servo Amplifier can monitor and adjust motor position, speed and torque using feedback from resolvers or encoders. The availability of communication ports such as RS-485, EtherNet/IP and DeviceNet enables integration with industrial networks that allows it to communicate with PLCs, HMIs and other automation systems. It comes with a closed loop vector control which adjusts output based on real-time feedback and offers precise control of torque and speed. It also has the sensor less vector control which controls motor operation without requiring feedback devices that is useful for cost sensitive applications. The inclusion of diagnostic LEDs helps in troubleshooting by providing visual indicators for faults, operational status and communication errors. It includes excellent integrated safety features which protects the system from excessive current draw, overheating, or short circuits and improves reliability and preventing damage. It is housed in a metal enclosure which provides physical protection and shielding from electromagnetic interference (EMI).

This BL Super Servo Amplifiers series model is made for industrial power supplies as it operates on 380-480V AC that allows operation in high power applications such as manufacturing lines and heavy machinery. This amplifier is able to deliver approximately 100 horsepower to the connected motor. While this model has the maximum current capacity of 100 A which ensures compatibility with high power motors and prevents overload failures. This module has a frequency range up to 400 hertz that allows high speed motor operations which is useful in precision machining and robotics.
