Product Description:
The 20BA075FFW Servo Amplifier drives AC or BLDC motors with precision. It modulates motor power based on external controller signals. This model is housed in a fan cooled metal chassis. It features advanced ICs, power regulation and multiple feedback interfaces.
This 20BA075FFW servo amplifier features a robust metal chassis with a rear mounted forced air cooling system. The cooling fan is a Sanyo Denki San Ace 25 that operates at 115 V AC. It efficiently removes heat from power components and maintains safe internal temperatures during continuous operation. The chassis is built for panel or plate mounting and includes corner screw holes for secure installation. The power section includes a 50 A manual ON/OFF toggle type main breaker and a 1.3 A fuse dedicated to control circuitry. A K52190 C transformer is integrated for voltage conversion. Terminal block TB1 handles the 3 phase AC input through R, S and T lines. TB2 connects to motor outputs and feedback signals using terminals labeled r, s, 1 and 2. This amplifier includes two 24 pin blue D sub connectors CN1 and CN5 for receiving control and communication signals. Internal headers CN3 and CN4 are available for diagnostic or test point access. Six trim potentiometers (VR1–VR6) are installed for adjusting gain, torque limits and signal offsets. These enable fine tuning of the motor response to match application requirements.
The 20BA075FFW servo amplifier incorporates a range of custom integrated circuits such as SH306G, SH2004B and SH2035B. These ICs are responsible for core functions including motor driving, current control, and feedback signal processing. Other components include Hall sensor and encoder interfaces for precise motor feedback. A high voltage relay in this model supports power switching functions internally.
