Product Description

The PZ0A015AM81P00 is a top-rated Servo Amplifier from Sanyo Denki. The PZ series Amplifier features a dynamic brake circuit. The unit gets activated when the main circuit power supply gets shut off or when there is a blackout. It also gets triggered by the occurrence of an alarm. The control supply is kept separated from the main circuit power supply for maintaining the transmission status of the alarms. The device operates at 200VAC power supply and features 15Acurrent rating.

The Servo Amplifier supports servo tuning function to determine load inertia levels automatically for setting up the right parameters and enabling adjustments during test runs. The unit renders a PC interface so that it can be connected with desktops and laptops. This connectivity helps to set and edit various servo parameters, specify various operation statuses on the remote monitor. The interface also helps in storing data on disks. The device keeps a record of the most recent seven alarms for monitoring using the remote operator. This is particularly helpful if you have to troubleshoot the unit at any point in time.

The amplifier features high rigidity making it suitable for various applications. The device can be connected with an external regenerative resistor to run loads with high levels of inertia. It works with M8 type P series servomotors. The unit supports torque, speed, and position control. The Servo Amplifier also outputs various timing signals that help to operate the holding brake and avoid falling off the gravity shaft because of its mass. The Amplifier includes a programmable filter to control the machine’s vibration level on the machine side. This results in a silent and smooth operation of the machine. The Servo Amplifier is used in machine tools, roll feeders, printers, and many other industrial machines.
