Product Description:
The 65AA030VXRF3 Servo Amplifier is a compact rack mounted industrial controller. It efficiently manages servo motor operations in various automation environments. It incorporates a large passive aluminum heatsink. This model ensures reliable performance with high electrical efficiency and precise motor control.
The 65AA030VXRF3 servo amplifier operates with an AC input voltage range of 200 to 240 volts. Its internal DC bus voltage typically ranges from 300 to 600 volts DC. The output supports three phase AC for effective servo motor control. It manages motor winding connections through U, V and W terminals. For input power, the terminal block includes AC1 and AC2. DC output terminals are designated as +DC and -DC while E is used for grounding. Feedback and optional controls connect through H1 and H2 terminals. The device integrates CN1 and CN4 DB-15 connectors for encoder feedback and command signals. Additionally, CN3 features a high density multipin connector for bus communication and extended I/O functions. Fuses F1 and F2 incorporated in this model provide overcurrent and short circuit protection. Alarm indicators ALM1, ALM2, ALM4 and ALM8 LEDs visually display operational errors and system alerts. Optical isolation is used to separate control and power electronics that ensures stable and interference free performance.
The Sanyo Denki 65AA030VXRF3 servo amplifier include large electrolytic capacitors that support energy storage and DC bus filtering. An inverter stage using IGBT or MOSFET technology provides efficient power conversion for motor control. A dedicated relay module in this amplifier handles switching and protective functions. Control features include functional inputs such as SON (Servo ON), RST (Reset), POW (Power Ready) and CPU/E (Processor Enable). SCALE and ZERO potentiometers are included for fine-tuning motor performance and zero-point calibration.
