As a feedback-equipped rotary actuator, it works with digital drives to regulate shaft position and speed in assembly robots, conveyors, and packaging lines. Rare-earth magnets within its compact frame help the motor produce controlled torque for industrial automation tasks that require precise, repeatable motion. The brushless design reduces mechanical wear because electronic commutation eliminates the physical contacts associated with brushed motors.
Rated for a continuous stall torque of 7.6 Nm, the motor can hold a static load while remaining within its thermal operating limits. Its 4.25-inch-square mounting face fits common 108 mm mounting patterns on gearboxes and adapter plates. A rotor inertia of 0.40 kg·m² × 10⁻³ balances quick acceleration with stable speed regulation during repeated positioning cycles.
