Product Description:
The PWM3614-5349-7-1 motor is one of the series of permanent magnet DC motors produced by Pacific Scientific. This motor series has maintained its very good reputation for over 30 years in the automation technology industry because of its high value and great performance.
The motor has a class H insulation that works hand in hand with features such as the IP65 protection system (that works to protect the motor against damage caused by the intrusion of dust, water, and particles), the air sealing system (that works to protect the motor against damage caused by external substances such as water, dust, and hear box oil), the heat regulating system (that works to protect the motor against heat damage generated within the motor), and the overtemperature thermistor (that protects the motor against damage from both internal and external interfering substances), all for longer life of the motor and alleviated downtime.
The PWM3614-5349-7-1 motor features very large sealed standard bearings that makes sure that the motor do not have frequent bearing problems as seen in other motors and due to this the motor down time is significantly reduced and increased lifespan and better performance is achieved.
This Pacific Scientific's motors also features polyester impregnated armature for improved electrical and mechanical integrity of the motor that will increase the motor's level of performance and reliability. It should be noted that this warranty does not include brush or commutator's wear and tear.
