Product Description

The N33HCHK-LNS-NS-02 hybrid motor is a great cost-effective alternative to servomotors. The two-phase Pacific Scientific motor has a full step angle of 1.8° and 200 full steps with one revolution. It is characterized by a smooth micro-stepping performance because of the low detent torque harmonic. The special rotor design of the motor results in fast positioning as well as moving of loads. The device is compatible with the 6210/6215 micro-stepping drives with 24 to 40VDC input and step/direction output. It has an insulation resistance of 100 Megohms at 25°C and 500VDC. The device can be transported to any country across the world.

The step motor operates at an ambient temperature ranging between 0°C and 40°C. The motor has a non-cumulative angular accuracy of +/-1.5% of one full step without load. The device makes use of MS connectors and a system type construction. The rear of the bearing is kept in place using an O-ring. The housing-less rugged square frame helps in implementing optimal magnetic circuitry. The unit comes with a standard K type winding. It does not produce as much torque as the manufacturer’s K series of step motors that make use of the patented SIGMAX technology.
