Product Description

Pacific Scientific is the manufacturer of the N Series hybrid stepper motors. Stepper motors are defined as electromechanical devices that convert electrical power into mechanical power. The N31HRLG-LEK-M2-00 is a brushless, synchronous electric motor that divided a full rotation into various steps.  The position of the N Series motors can be controlled precisely with no feedback mechanism on condition that they are sized carefully to the application. The N31HRLG-LEK-M2-00 uses the magnet theory of operation to turn the shaft an exact distance after a pulse of electricity is provided.

The stator of the N Series has eight poles, and the rotor has six poles. To complete one revolution, the motor will need 24 electric pulses to move the 24 steps. In simple words, the rotor precisely moves 150 for every electric pulse that the N31HRLG-LEK-M2-00 receives. The Pacific Scientific N Series offers additional power in a smaller envelope by providing smoother micro stepping and more torque.  The N31HRLG-LEK-M2-00 comes with some incredible features.
