It provides servo motors that fit in all types of environments, such as for extreme temperature environments, for the food and beverage world, and for explosion proof environments.

Pacific Scientific’s frameless motors come in a variety of sizes, lengths, and different customizing options. These motors deal with fast response and higher accuracy. And provide advantages due to high torque and power efficiency for lighter robots. These motors save space and weight as these are designed as a fundamental part of the system. The N31HRFJ-LNK-NS-00 having N series with NEMA 34 high torque motors provides maximum performance and power in a small envelope, by reducing the space. For moving loads faster, acceleration is boosted by improving torque at speed of 3,000 rpm which meets the velocity demands. Low detent torque harmonics results in micro-stepping smoother performance in an economical cost by combining optimal magnetics with a rotor of large diameter.

Its torque rating ranges from 3.2 to 15.4 Nm. It averts axial shaft movement for the long life of the motor for encoder applications. Moving towards its technical data, it has 200 full steps per revolution, angular accuracy is 3% with 2 phases. In the mechanical domain, it has 0.14 J rotor inertia, a mass of 2,3 kg with a length 112.8 mm.
