Product Description:

The PMB31D-00101-00 synchronous motor is a permanent magnet motor that is widely used in automation operations. The popularity of this motor unit is due to its excellent torque density, high operational efficiency and low inertia. The motor also has an impressively light weight due to its use of special Neodymium-iron-boron-magnet. As part of the Bosch Rexroth product series, this unit also requires connection to a suitable controller unit, also produced by the same manufacturer. The PMB31D-00101-00 operates with two main types of connection, these include the electrical power and feedback connections. The interface for both of these connections is integrated on top of its housing. This motor is an IP40 design that is very sensitive to liquids and high moisture content; however, its housing is still able to effectively prevent the interference of large solids with an external diameter larger than 1 millimeter.
