This permanent-magnet motor pairs with a matched digital drive to deliver repeatable torque while eliminating brush wear, making it suitable for continuous-duty environments such as electronics assembly lines and packaging machinery. Its conductors exit on flying leads, allowing integration into new builds or existing machines.
The motor is fitted with flying leads with AMP connectors, a layout that allows direct splice or crimp termination while preserving strain relief through the molded plug. The frame conforms to NEMA Size 23, so the 2.25-inch square flange aligns with compatible gearheads and mounting brackets. With a 240 V AC supply, the windings reach a nominal stall current of 5.4 A RMS, which is the continuous current a matched drive must sustain for maximum static torque without overheating.
