SIGMAX-enhanced construction raises flux density in the laminated rotor, so higher force is produced per ampere. A single straight-key shaft is protected by a shaft seal, and the heavy-duty NEMA mounting flange lets the unit bolt directly to standard gearheads or machine frames.
The motor delivers up to 39.9 Nm of holding torque, which is the maximum static load the rotor can resist without step loss when rated current is applied. Each commanded step advances the shaft by 1.8°, a common full-step angle that simplifies microstepping ratio selection. Positional repeatability is held within ±1.5%, supporting precise linear indexing when the 4-lead series winding is driven from a constant-current source.
