The K32HLLK-LNK-NS-01 is a stepper motor produced by Pacific Scientific within the K PowerPac Motors series. Designed for industrial automation, it receives pulse trains from external drivers and converts them into fixed angular increments, enabling open-loop positioning for indexing tables, pick-and-place heads, and similar axes. By combining a compact square frame with high holding torque, the motor serves applications that need dependable stall force without the cost or complexity of closed-loop servos.
Its mechanical platform uses the NEMA 34 frame, providing a 3.38 in. square frame footprint that aligns with common brackets. The unit employs SIGMAX enhanced construction, a laminated rotor, and a 2-stack stator to increase torque density. Heavy-duty NEMA mounting, a single shaft with a straight key, and a shaft seal protect the drivetrain. Power is routed through a 1/2 in. NPSC pipe thread conduit, and the splash-proof entry terminates on an internal terminal board. Electrical isolation is maintained by 100 Megohms of insulation resistance.
