The Pacific Scientific 6415-001-C-M-K stepper drive module has 5A rms, 24-75 Vdc, 7.1A peak for every phase output power level. The drive type of this module is stepper drive (6000) and includes motor drive and oscillator functionality. The stepper drive has factory assigned heat sink option. The drive contains connector kit choice of includes connector kit and cover option (includes cover) and its customer customization number is standard unit. The servo drive is used in variety of applications, typical applications are: semiconductor wafer polishing, specialty machinery, clutch replacement and labeling machines. The oscillator feature of the drive is an integral part that provides wide range and stable pulses to drive. The idle current reduction feature of the stepper drive minimizes the heating during idle period by reducing 50% motor winding current. The drive comes with four potentiometers that help adjusting low, high, exponential accel and linear decel speed level.
