The OSP10M numerical control monitor is produced by Okuma for the OSP CNC Monitors series. It combines a display, membrane keys, and logic hardware to supervise metal-cutting equipment. With a built-in PLC, it links ladder sequences with part programs so that peripheral devices such as loaders or coolant pumps follow the same cycle timing as the machine axes. In automation cells, the monitor serves as the operator station that shows coordinates, alarms, and prompts while forwarding commands to the main OSP CPU.

Axis control starts with the factory-configured X, Y, and Z axes, but the hardware supports up to 6 axes through additional servo cards. Up to 4 axes can be interpolated at once, enabling simultaneous milling or turning without repositioning.
