This OSP-U100M CNC controller manufactured by Okuma must not be exposed to direct sunlight. The controller operation must be in adherence with the safety guidelines in its documentation to ensure accident-free operation. This product needs an inspection and adjustment to be carried out after its power is switched on. The device-related tool or spindle should not be touched during the spindle indexing process. This unit’s operation has to be stopped by pressing the emergency stop button as soon as any fault is encountered. Its parts must be replaced as they were originally and secured in place using screws if they were removed during repair.

The controller comprises a CPU system that includes the NC rack, NC PCBs, and power supply. This product’s cables and wires are to be checked to ensure that they are not damaged. The device supports installation only in the upright orientation. This unit has one 3.5-inch floppy disk drive interface and one RS-232C interface.
