The OSP-700 is a polycarbonate oil separator with bracket mounting and a weight of approximately 1.90 kg. Manufactured by Okuma as part of the OSP CNC Monitors series, it operates at a pressure range of 0.15-1.0 MPa. The separator achieves a filtration efficiency of ≥99.9% and supports a flow rate of 700 L/min (ANR).

The OSP-700 is a CNC monitor built by Okuma Automation with a sophisticated processing unit that allows it to handle complex industrial automation machines. This processing unit allows operators to use up to seven engines; it is also able to adapt to new-generation machines with their unique operation requirements. The front panel of this unit features a LED display screen and an extensive keyboard that gives operators complete control over all the functions of this product. The hardware of this product has been remodeled by the manufacturer to achieve a compact design that supports the installation of the products in areas with limited installation space. One major advantage of this product over conventional designs is the ability of the unit to work with changing software configurations. This makes it possible for customers to modify and add functions of their choice to this product even after it has been delivered.
The OSP-700 CNC monitor unit comes with a 3.5 inch floppy disk drive, it also a RS-232C interface for connection of other devices. It is possible to use this product in three different modes after it is installed and switched on; these operation modes include the Automatic mode, MDI mode, and the manual mode. The display screen of the product can show 64 characters over about 24 lines, and it maintains a high resolution that allows for the easy use of the product even in environments with limited lighting.
The OSP-700 is generally cooled by the air blower installed into its enclosure; however, it helps to ensure that surrounding ambient temperature is maintained between 17 to 25 degrees and at an ambient humidity level of 75 per cent. A primary power supply that can provide a voltage of 200 volts should also be provided for this unit.
