The OSP 5020 CNC monitor is designed to function with a power supply that varies between 100-240 V and consumes 0.2A for steady control. The monitor offers VGA video input ports for external video connections and features a 10.4-inch display for clear and easy-to-read visuals. This OSP CNC series monitor is designed to tolerate a humidity range of 75% or less without condensation by ensuring stable working in different climates. The operating temperature is also specified between 17 to 25 degrees Celsius which ensures that the system operates smoothly under typical workshop conditions. The monitor includes various keys aimed at enhancing the ease of operation. The Cycle Stop and Dry Run keys allow the operator to stop and run programs without engaging the actual machining process useful for verifying operations. The MDI (Manual Data Input) function accessible via keys F1 to F8 enables the operator to input specific data manually for program control.
This OSP 5020 CNC monitor contains other features which include backlash compensation and PR (Position Register) zero offset settings which are needed for accurate positioning.
