Program execution speed can reach a feed rate ceiling of 24000.0 mm/min, allowing high-speed contouring on milling or turning centers. Spindle commands are accepted up to 65535 rpm, giving the control headroom for high-speed cutting tools. Each program block may contain up to 158 characters, which limits how much motion or auxiliary data can be placed in a single sequence line. The tool management table recognizes tool numbers up to 9999, supporting large magazine installations. Dwell instructions can be set as long as 99999.999 s, enabling extended in-cycle pauses for thermal stabilization or metrology. In addition, the monitor stores 32 home positions that the axes can reference automatically, holds 65 library programs for quick recall, and supports 126 nested subprograms for modular code organization.
Complex interpolation routines are supported by an arc radius limit of 99999.999 mm, so the control can describe very large circular paths without segment approximation. Rotary motion is bounded by a ceiling of 360.0000 degrees, which matches a full revolution on an indexing axis.
