Product Description:
The 1911-2646-40-32 Operator Panel is a panel mounted flat HMI built for machine control applications. It features a compact design with passive cooling for efficient operation. This panel includes a full keyboard, navigation pad, and programmable function keys to support various industrial automation tasks.
This Okuma 1911-2646-40-32 operator panel employs a flat panel form factor and is mounted using a secure screw fastening method. It is designed for easy integration into control cabinets or enclosures. The panel uses a passive venting system for cooling that eliminates the need for active airflow or additional fans. Power is supplied through an internal switching power supply with an input voltage of 100V AC. Interface connections are handled through a D Sub connector and a flat ribbon cable port that provides compatibility with industrial communication standards. The user interface of this model is designed for operator efficiency. It includes eight soft keys labeled F1 through F8 which correspond to on screen functions for fast access. A four way directional navigation pad is located next to the display for menu navigation and parameter selection. The panel also includes a full alphanumeric QWERTY keyboard layout that allows direct data input and control without needing external peripherals. These components offer precise and direct interaction with the control software.
The top keys on the 1911-2646-40-32 operator panel enable multiple modes including Automatic, MDI (Manual Data Input), Manual, Program Edit, Parameter Set, Tool Data Set and MDI Management. These modes allow the operator to switch between different machine operation and configuration tasks seamlessly. Alarm and status indicators are available such as Operation, Auto Stop, Program Stop, Limit, and Alarm conditions that helps operators monitor machine states effectively.
