The MIV06DB-1-B3 is an inverter system that is designed for the control of industrial motors produced by the company. This model is powered by a DC power supply unit. The motion control system designed by Okuma relies on this inverter model for better control of industrial motors. This model is designed with a 6-kW capacity and can be used with the BL or PREX type motors. The system is designed with the control ROM type 3. The inverter unit in enclosed in an outer unit case. An internal and external cooling fan is provided in this model. Both the fans ensure fast heat dissipation that ensures fast removal heat from the system. An internal heat sink is also provided in the device. As a result, the inverter can be used continuously for long hours.

The MIV06DB-1-B3 alos houses a power board and a power device inside the outer casing unit. A servo link can be used to instantly connect the inverter with the network. An FCP link is provided within the servo for controlling the MIV unit’s spindle function. The spindle function can be utilized as slave stations and master stations. The DC power supply provided with the system can be used for a supply of 300 VDC and 24 VDC. To connect with the peripherals, a servo link, an encoder link, and a converter link is provided. A built-in control board has been provided in this device for controlling a spindle motor and an axis drive motor. There is a 7-segmnet LED provided in this model for indicating the operating status of the model.
