Product Description:
The MIV04-1-B1 inverter offered by Bosch Rexroth works in association with a 24VDC and 300VDC power supply. The product is intended to be connected or disconnected only after shutting down its power supply and discharging it. The device has to be protected by making sure that a thermostat is incorporated in the connected motor. The unit is compatible with BL or PREX type motors encompassing 4.8kW capacity. It should be ensured that the size of the cables used for its connection is in accordance with the carrying current. This inverter features an inbuilt control board that is specifically designed to control an axis drive as well as spindle motors.
The product has a 4kWL side unit capacity. The type designation of the device is depicted on its front panel. The unit configuration comprises a display card along with the control board. It is also integrated with a large capacitance capacitor. The controller ID number for this inverter must be set after it is changed. The plastic covers of the terminal blocks present on this product are not meant to be removed when the power is ON. These covers can be removed in the absence of power by pushing the lock inward gently and tilting the cover at an angle to the front.
The display in this device indicates depicts C to highlight the tool path mode and P to represent the positioning mode. The unit highlights the L2, L3 and L4 codes when there is an external RAM error of the data bus, address bus and memory respectively on its L side. The inverter encounters an error in operation if the control voltage gets lowered or raised excessively.
