Product Description

The FUB-P4M4 industrial servo module is one of the latest and most sophisticated industrial control devices designed by Okuma; this servo module is designed according to American and European quality standards. The housing of this servo module provides the module with a high level of protection; however, it offers no protection against liquid foreign substances and solid substances with an external diameter less than 12 millimeters. The FUB-P4M4 servo module is also free of dangerous chemicals such as mercury and asbestos; this makes it absolutely safe for industrial operation.

The rated input voltage used by this servo module is about 200 volts; this input voltage should not exceed a fluctuation that exceeds ±10 percent; it should also be supplied at a frequency of 50 or 60 hertz. This servo drive regulates its internal temperature via natural convection. To facilitate this temperature regulation process, the servo module should be installed in the control cabinet with a minimum clearance of 80 millimeters as this will allow cool air to easily move in and out of the servo module. Although this servo module has a very high service life, operators should ensure it is regularly cleaned to prevent the build-up of dust with can interfere with the smooth operation of the servo module.

The FUB-P4M4 is self-diagnostic; it is connected to a status display lamp which works together with the alarm lamp to alert the industrial operator as soon as any operational error is detected. This allows operators to address any contingencies before significant damage is caused to the servo system. The housing of this servo module is designed with several connection interfaces through which the controller communicates with other parts of the servo system in real-time.
