Product Description:

The Okuma E5411-019-599 is a Stroke End Limit panel purpose-built for CNC machine control systems. The panel ensures safe operation during machine movement in industrial automation. It is commonly used in Okuma OSP-based systems. It is also safe down to 2000 meters above sea level. The panel can withstand up to 4.9 m/s 2 (0.5G) of vibration.

The E5411-019-599 panel has the capability of supporting resistive loads of up to 250V AC at 10A. The contact block uses the 1a/1b contact format, which is widely used in control relay logic. The panel is able to withstand temperatures of 0 °C to 55 °C. It can also tolerate relative humidity of up to 90% (non-condensing). The unit does not employ encoders to detect conditions but rather mechanical relay logic. Yet it may still coordinate with the encoder feedback on the main machine control. This E5411-019-599 panel is essential to slow down motion while the X, Y, Z, and U axes reach the pre-defined stroke limits. The front panel contains a large yellow RELEASE button. It can be reset/overridden manually under a stroke-end type condition, or controlled towards restoring faults. This button incorporates a Fuji Electric AH22-F switch, which has a UL listing.

The E5411-019-599 panel is comprised of a flush-mounted metal faceplate. It has four holes that are used to fit it on electrical panels or on machine cabinets securely. It has an IP40 rating that makes it fit for clean, indoor use. Quick wiring and troubleshooting are aided by labels of such kinds as 3X3, F115, and N24A. The buttons and LEDs are built to last and can be serviced. The panel is characterized by the modular LED indicators. All of them are well marked with the axes to be monitored, a touch sensor, and APC (Automatic Position Control).
