Product Description:
The E0105-653-423 Operator Control Panel is a panel mounted interface device designed for industrial systems. It features a 10.4 inch TFT LCD display with reliable control functions and visible operation keys. This control panel ensures seamless integration with machines via multiple interface options and standard mounting compatibility.
The E0105-653-423 operator control panel includes a TFT LCD screen with 640 × 480 resolution. Users can select color or monochrome display modes using the DIP switch configuration SW1-1. The color support option allows flexible visual display configurations. Eight function keys (F1 – F8) are integrated as soft keys that provides menu based operation control. A navigation button is also present for confirm or proceed actions. The front housing is made of durable industrial grade plastic to withstand harsh environments. Mounting is secured using a panel mount method with corner screw points and an embedded sealing frame for added protection. The display supports both analog VGA input and digital control signals via interface connectors. The panel operates using a 10 kΩ resistor and an AQV251 PhotoMOS relay in its circuitry. These components ensure efficient electrical operation and safe control signal switching. The screen (10.4 inches diagonal) ensures adequate display area for operator information without consuming excess panel space.
The Okuma E0105-653-423 operator control panel includes several industrial grade connectors. The X86 connector is a 26 pin machine panel connector supporting digital control signal interfacing. X85 is a 25 pin D sub ACP communication port that is compatible with RS-232 or proprietary protocols. A standard VGA port (15 pin D sub) allows video signal input to the display. The power connector is a large pin socket that is suitable for stable power delivery in industrial settings.
