The E0105-566-055-1 is an E5 Operator Control Panel that is designed to function together with CNC lathes and machining centers that utilize Okuma OSP controls, such as the OSP-P300 and OSP-P200. Okuma designed the panel to have both manual and automatic control features that make CNC operations easier in industrial automation settings.
The E0105-566-055-1 operator control panel is equipped with a Manual Pulse Generator that enables the axis to move in both the X and Z dimensions. The MPG lets you change the precision by 0.001 to 1 increment per pulse. For controlling the process, the screen has buttons for Cycle Start, Feed Hold, and Emergency Stop. The CW, CCW, and Stop modes can be used to run the spindle. The screen has Slide Jog buttons that let you move the machine axes in any direction. The Feed Rate and Spindle Speed Override knobs let you change the range by up to 200%. The control can work in AUTO, MANUAL, or MDI modes.
