The E0105-566-0 Machine Operator Panel offers precise manual and automated control. This model is designed for industrial CNC applications. It includes essential safety, jog, spindle and override controls. Its durable interface ensures reliable operation in production environments.
The front panel of this E0105-566-0 machine operator panel is equipped with main operational buttons including a red Emergency Stop button for immediate shutdown, a green Cycle Start button to begin operations and an amber Slide Hold button to pause movement. The Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) is integrated with axis selection for X and Z and resolution settings of 1/1, 10/1 and 50/1. The large rotary dial allows manual jogging of machine slides. Directional movement is controlled via a 4 way arrow pad labeled "SLIDE JOG." Two override knobs in this panel enable real time speed adjustments: Feed Rate from 0 % to 200 % and Spindle Speed from 50 % to 200 %. Spindle operation is accessible via SPINDLE JOG, STOP, CW (clockwise) and CCW (counterclockwise) options. The Coolant Control supports both AUTO and MANUAL modes. Mode selectors include INDIVIDUAL, AUTO and MANUAL operation settings. Additional safety is enforced in this panel through a DOOR INTERLOCK switch and security functions are managed via keyed EDIT LOCK and PANEL LOCK switches.
The Okuma E0105-566-0 machine operator panel also includes various functional switches for tool and machine setup. TOOL IN/FX and AIR BLOW buttons allow tooling control and work area cleaning.
