Product Description:
The E4890-045-106-G CRP Board is a control and routing printed circuit board developed by Okuma. This board is manufactured with a single sided component layout while supporting multi layer routing. OKUMA integrates proprietary logic chips and standardized components to maintain reliability and functional precision across industrial automation systems.
This E4890-045-106-G CRP board uses a horizontal mount style. It features a gold finger ISA style edge connector and a rear mounted 25 pin D sub (DB-25) external connector. For signal processing, this board includes the OKUMA OCL513 LUT chip which operates as a Lookup Table logic controller. It also uses the OKUMA OCL512 GRC chip which manages control and routing functions. Additional digital logic functions are handled by multiple 74LS series ICs including 74LS166 shift registers, 74LS245 bus transceivers and 74LS161 binary counters. These ICs support synchronous communication and control signal management. Memory components on this board include EPROMs such as the 27C010 and 27C4001 that are used for firmware storage and lookup data. Dynamic RAM is provided via NEC’s uPD41264 chips that offers 256Kx1 DRAM in organized banks. Three LTC402L units serve as SRAM or buffered logic support. Input and output interfaces of this model include internal jumpers like J14 and J16 as well as headers marked GI3 through GI7. Four DIP switches (SW1 to SW4) provide configuration options for mode selection and device identification.
Power regulation and signal filtering of this E4890-045-106-G CRP board are supported by a combination of electrolytic and ceramic capacitors. Electrolytic capacitors such as 47µF units provide smoothing for voltage lines while ceramic capacitors handle local decoupling. This board includes inductors and a TDK CN-3850 ferrite filter module which provides isolation and suppresses high frequency noise.
