Product Description:
The E4809-907-061 is Okuma’s most robust battery cassette module released under the OPUS 7000 series. As a CNC board, it can control power delivery to a device under test during operation. With dedicated peripheral ports, the E3051-396-015-1 can be used for controlling other electrical modules or devices in a repeatable and programmable manner. Inside the E3051-396-015-1, there are three central integrated circuits. These integrated circuits control logic and communication within the CNC board’s backplane. Like other CNC boards and devices manufactured by Okuma, this device must be handled carefully, as electrostatic discharge can easily damage the ICs.
Aside from the three central integrated circuits of the E3051-396-015-1, the unit also has a number of peripheral ICs that surround the board. These ICs perform different functions in the circuit board, such as signal conversion, amplification, and memory storage. Aside from the large number of ICs on the E3051-396-015-1’s backplane, there are also various capacitors, resistors, and inductors. These passive components make up other circuit blocks for regulation and control. Like most CNC boards, the E3051-396-015-1 has a multi-layer structure, which allows complex routing of analog and digital signals. The central part of the circuit is designed for digital control and processing, whereas the bottom left, close to the input, is for the analog power section.
For memory boards such as the E3051-396-015-1, repairs and maintenance must be done by a highly qualified technician. Regular calibration may also be done for the E3051-396-015-1 to maintain precise measurements and monitoring functions. Like other electrical modules and devices, Okuma’s E3051-396-015-1 must not be operated beyond an ambient temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. Wake Industrial offers the E3051-396-015-1 with an item warranty.
