Product Description:
The E4809-820-004-A circuit board is represented as a BLII-D power board by Okuma used to distribute electrical power to various subsystems of the machine. Okuma has created a renowned name in developing proficient and reliable designs for the industrial automation field.
The E4809-820-004-A circuit board shows the installation of core components that carry out stable power routing within the machine’s internal control system. Two blue relays which are placed prominently serve the role of switching and isolation. These electromechanical units are rated between 10 A and 30 A and work on a DC coil voltage commonly 24 V. They contain three large radial electrolytic capacitors dark brown which handle DC voltage smoothing and load filtering. They range from 470 micro-farad to 2200 micro-farad by operating within a voltage range of 200 V to a maximum of 450 V. White plastic terminal connectors of various types including JST or Molex are spread out to direct control and signal lines to other modules. The signal integrity of low-voltage lines depends on multi-pin connectors which extend from 2 pins to 20 pins.
The E4809-820-004-A circuit board features blackish screw terminal blocks across its two sides to connect AC or DC input and output signals with a maximum voltage of 300 V and a current capacity of 20 A. The FR4 epoxy laminate material within the base ensures electrical protection. Protected paths separate high and low-voltage areas through track layout to prevent interference. Each machine cabinet holds a board with fixed holding areas to maintain a secure installation. It has a compact 1 kg weight which allows it to operate effectively through power relay functions and circuit connection points.
