Product Description:
The E4809-770-087-D is a control Printed circuit board for the use in CNC machinery and industrial automation. Okuma produces this board as an interface module that is able to integrate into machine control systems. The board belongs to the OPUS7000 line that is famous for being used in machine control electronics.
The OPUS7000 printed circuit board MPM board has several multi-pin connectors in blue and black that enable interfacing with other control modules or external systems. White XB12, XB5, XB6, XB7, XB10, and XB11 connectors offer different input/output points for interfacing sensors and signals. Various integrated circuits, both DIP and surface-mount, are present on the board and perform the signal processing and control functions. A quartz crystal oscillator with 10.000 MHz is included for accurate timing applications. The board also includes a Hitachi DD004-1 relay that probably controls power switching or signal switching. Capacitors, resistors, transistors, and user-configurable jumpers are scattered along the PCB to facilitate signal conditioning and configuration. The normal operating voltage is a 5V or 12V logic supply, which is compatible with typical control systems. Communication interfaces utilize parallel or serial data lines via the connectors to interconnect with machine control networks.
The design of the control board facilitates multiplexing and signal conditioning functions critical in machine operation. Power control and timing precision are provided by the relay and crystal oscillator. Flexibility in interfacing with sensors and external modules is facilitated through the different connectors for diverse control demands. The configuration jumpers of the board facilitate specific machine setup customization. Industrial-grade components guarantee stable operation in automation applications. The OPUS7000 MPM E4809-770-087-D board is designed to deliver consistent control interface performance with high-precision timing and power management functionality.
