The E4809-770-086-E Circuit Board is manufactured by Okuma and is designed to function in conjunction with CNC operator interface systems. The board is primarily responsible for coordinating the tasks of the CNC control systems and mechanical control components, including knobs, switches, and signs.
The E4809-770-086-E circuit board has several ribbon connectors, including 10-pin and 14-pin types that make it easy to connect to different control elements. The board has blue D-sub style headers that allow for safe and long-lasting cable hookups. HC245, HC244, and HC14 are integrated circuits on the board that work as buffers and inverters to handle logic-level signals. There are Omron G5V-1 style relays fixed that handle low-power switching for the outputs. In this package, there are electrolytic and ceramic capacitors that filter and separate the data and power lines.
