Product Description:
This E4809-719-009 Circuit Board is built with accurate electrical characteristics. It is created by Okuma which has consistently provided efficient technology that meets the daily needs of numerous industries.
The E4809-719-009 circuit board is an inverter power board (IVPB) generally used in industrial domains. It is designed to handle power conversion and distribution within the system. This board works within an input voltage range of 200 V to 480 V AC and converts it to a 400 V DC bus by using rectifier components. At the core of the E4809 series board are two large capacitors of electrolytic type which are rated between 3300 to 4700 µF at 400-450 V and are used for smoothing DC voltage with stability. They also provide temporary energy storage to manage voltage fluctuations. The board includes a set of insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) or MOSFETs mounted to a metal heatsink structure which deals with the high-speed switching of power to downstream components. A pair of power relays, with a switching capacity of 10 A to 30 A are used to engage or disconnect powering options under the control of external signals.
The E4809-719-009 circuit board has several small ICs and transistors present to manage gate driving and other functions. Shunt resistors and feedback loops are used for current measurement and safety controls which aids in preventing overcurrent or thermal issues. The board features various connectors for AC input and DC output by ensuring it is installed properly within a larger control domain. The estimated power rating of the board is between 5 kW to 15 kW which is depending on the system it is used in. Supporting components such as diodes, inductors and filtering elements further stabilize the voltage.
