Product Description:

Okuma developed the E4809-436-072-C Circuit board for CNC control systems. The board is specifically designed to monitor machine communication, data processing, and motion control. A dedicated logic and interface circuitry is included in the board, which facilitates seamless integration with CNC machines.

The microprocessors that coordinate machines and execute CNC commands are integrated into the E4809-436-072-C circuit board. In an application-specific processor, large integrated circuits are responsible for data processing and motion control. To facilitate real-time calculations, the board is equipped with memory ICs, such as SRAM and DRAM, which serve as buffers. Near the board's center, a metal-can oscillator generates the clock frequency that synchronizes all CNC functions. Logic ICs, such as the 74HC373 octal latch and 74HC244 buffer/driver, guarantee reliable signal control and bus communication. Multiple connectors are contained within the circuit board to facilitate seamless integration. Supporting power, sensor, or I/O connections are blue terminal blocks located on the left side. Large edge connectors on the right side connect to the primary backplane of the CNC. For the connection of motor drivers, encoders, or external peripherals, there are numerous white connectors available.

The E4809-436-072-C circuit board also has voltage regulation components to guarantee that important circuits receive reliable power delivery. The board is designed with a variety of memory and processing components that facilitate the real-time execution of CNC operations. Noise filtering and signal integrity are guaranteed by the placement of electrolytic and ceramic capacitors across the board. The circuit board is designed to deliver consistent performance in industrial automation. High-speed processing, precise motion control, and effective communication between machine components are guaranteed by its technical configuration.
