It features Fujitsu MB81412A DRAM for temporary data storage and EPROM chips (SP-2282001 & SP-2282002) for firmware retention. Multiple SRAM and DRAM modules facilitate real time operations. The logic and control circuits include TTL and CMOS-based logic ICs such as LS7400, LS240 and LS374 series which handle signal buffering, data flow management and logic control. High density IC placement in this board enables bus communication and efficient data handling.
