The CRP II C Board Card E4809-045-106F is a multi layer printed circuit board (PCB) designed for OKUMA CNC machines. It is compatible with the OPUS 5000 II control system. This board is designed to facilitate motion control, servo control and I/O processing.
The E4809-045-106F CRP II C board card is securely mounted within a rack or enclosure using L type side brackets. This model features a standard green solder mask for protection and durability. It includes a gold plated edge connector for backplane interfacing and a blue multi pin connector (CN-CRP6 PANEL) for I/O connections. Additional connectors are available for potential serial communication or parallel bus interfacing. This board operates at 5 V DC (TTL logic) that ensures efficient power consumption. It incorporates multiple OKUMA branded custom ICs including OCL512 GRC, OCL513 LUT, and OCL513 GRC along with a TDK OX-3650 component which may assist in power regulation or signal conditioning. This PCB also contains EPROM/Flash memory chips for firmware storage, RAM chips for real time processing and possible battery backed storage to maintain non volatile settings.
