The E4809-045-039-G circuit board finds its uses in motion control systems to manage the movement of servo motors along specific axes. It is made by Okuma , the firm excels through the remarkable design of industrial automation parts.
The E4809-045-039-G circuit board is mainly employed in axis control systems. It weighs about 0.62 kilograms only and features a multi-layer PCB with logic, memory and signal interface functions. It has a variety of TTL logic ICs from the HD74LS series by including HD74LS04P inverters, HD74LS74AP flip-flops and HD74LS157P multiplexers. These components manage digital logic operations, signal transition and timing control without complex external circuitry. For temporary data access and handling, it contains TMS4727NL static RAM chips which function at standard TTL voltage levels and provide fast access times suitable for real-time axis operations. It works with four ceramic DIP modules labeled JD6190B J420 configured as control ROMs or custom microcontrollers. These operate with critical routines for interpretation and drive output conditioning. The module uses multiple blue D-sub connectors (DB25 or DB37) located on the right edge which handle I/O communication to servo drives and encoder feedback lines.
