Product Description:
The Okuma designed the E4809-045-019-F circuit board that operates as a link between the CNC controller and axis drive modules by handling signal timing, position feedback and motor logic control. Okuma leads manufacturing industries with its superior and simple products that are widely used in industrial automation.
The E4809-045-019-F circuit board is referred to as the OPUS 5000 II SVP main axis board that works as an industrial-grade unit. It includes socketed EPROM chips marked SVPE1050BU and SVPE1050BL with each offering 64 KB of firmware capacity by allowing stable field-replaceable software storage. It uses large-scale integration ICs by including microcontrollers and data buffers placed in parallel for synchronous processing. It supports precise timing and real-time command execution. A total of four plug-ins are installed vertically with housing logic gate arrays and interface drivers for signal routing. Multiple 34-pin and 50-pin blue ribbon connectors are mounted on the edge which aids in communication with servo modules, sensors and diagnostic tools. A gold-fingered edge interface connects it to a system backplane within a modular enclosure.
The E4809-045-019-F circuit board lower-left side includes a CP-3607 module by TDK which handles voltage regulation and transient suppression. Several radial electrolytic capacitors are grouped near power handling sections for voltage stability. It also uses fuse points and test leads for service operations. It controls motor shaft rotation, torque balance and stop-start movement by interpreting commands from the controller. It delivers consistent electrical instructions to motors during load shifts and directional changes. The Wake Industrial provides a year warranty for the replacement of this board in case of an issue. It functions as the control core for various embedded systems.
