The E4809-045-019-D SDU-600-W is an integrated circuit board designed by Rexroth Indramat to serve as an interface on which electrical connection important for the operation of Rexroth drive controllers are made. This circuit board is manufactured by well trained industrial engineers, although it is designed to operate according to the IP00 protection class, it can operate effectively in harsh industrial conditions since it requires integration into the housing unit of a durable controller before operation. The E4809-045-019-D SDU-600-W circuit board features several input and output connection interfaces which allows the main drive to exchange digital information with other parts of the servo system without any error. The E4809-045-019-D SDU-600-W main circuit board also contains metallic components that can be scraped and recycled for use in the production of new circuit board.
The E4809-045-019-D SDU-600-W main circuit board does not generate a high amount of heat during operation, however it requires an air blower which will operate to regulate the little heat it generates through the process of forced ventilation.
