Product Description:
The Okuma engineered E4809-032-500-B belongs to the E4809 CNC board series. This is a spindle drive module intended for demanding CNC machine applications and industrial automation. The device operates in a vertical position where natural air or forced air fans regulate its operational temperature range. This drive has a large heatsink for effective thermal management.
This E4809-032-500-B spindle drive supports BL (brushless) servo motors. This drive supports power from a voltage spectrum of 200V to 240V AC, which operates at either a 50 or 60 Hz frequency. The power delivery remains stable while the spindle torque receives adequate strength from the rated current output of 75A. This system uses a closed-loop technology with an encoder for precise speed and position sensing. The E4809-032-500-B spindle drive handles multi-axis commands through the control system, which has a label of CAM AXIS. The encoder feedback system in the interface maintains stable spindle motion during tool-cutting procedures. The unit exhibits IP20 protection, whereby solid objects bigger than 12mm receive protection, but water resistance is not included. The calculated weight of this unit falls between 6 and 8 kilograms. The drive works effectively at temperatures between 0°C and 55 °C without affecting its operational qualities. The product shows an industrial-grade construction that combines circuit board installations with terminal connections.
The E4809-032-500-B spindle drive integrates Noise Filter Breaker (NFB) as a protective feature against short circuits and overload conditions. The drive uses CN13, along with other communication ports. This shows that it operates with various machine configurations. The system incorporates dependable components featuring anti-corrosive properties to sustain operational durability in the long run. The lifespan of the equipment depends on keeping relative humidity levels at 10% to 90% without condensation formation.
