Product Description:
Okuma made the E4809-032-342-D CNC board for use in industrial automation. It connects and manages the signals from the machine to the computer while running the program. Relays, amplifiers, resistors, and capacitors are used by the board to send and process signals. It features an LX0402 isolation amplifier for safe and stable signal transmission.
The E4809-032-342-D CNC board supports optical encoders with 2048 to 4096 pulses per revolution. The encoder signals are isolated to prevent electrical faults in the system. RS-422 differential output is used to decrease signal noise and make readings more accurate. Operating voltage for different circuits and amplifiers is set at +15V and ±12V. It is suitable for use up to 2000 meters above sea level. Under normal use, the board requires between 20 and 30 watts of energy. It is built with NEC 2SF102 transistors and various electronic components that handle signals. The E4809-032-342-D CNC board performs well from 0°C to 55°C. It works well against vibrations of 0.5G in the frequency range between 10 Hz and 60 Hz. It is 14.5 inches long and 8 inches wide. It connects to machines by using edge connectors and metal brackets at both ends. The humidity levels from 10% to 90% are safe if no water is present.
This E4809-032-342-D CNC board can work with input and output signals and manage both logic and timing. Circuit traces are well organized and protected by a conformal coating layer. Make sure the board is installed where it will not vibrate. Position the fans carefully to maximize air circulation and cooling of the board. Secure the board to the frame using screws and strong brackets. It is important that access to connectors and ports is provided to support maintenance.
