The control panel E4802-032-015-A is a front-mounted operator used in OSP 3000 systems. It installs mechanical, analog and electronic components to carry out functional machine operations. The panel features a clear analog ammeter on the left side which is scaled to indicate operational current values for monitoring motor or drive load. It includes individual toggle switches and status indicators labeled HYD.R, EC.R, STMB, APO, ATO, and ATC each linked to specific subsystems such as hydraulics, emergency circuits, spindle status and tool handling logic. The center section houses an 8-digit red LED numeric display controlled by an internal PU-361LED circuit board. This segment shows active tool numbers, parameter codes or diagnostic indicators. Input is supported by selector pushbuttons and a rotary switch for mode navigation including options such as WRITE, F. CHK, and V. CHK. A parameter input dial allows the operator to select specific numeric entries ranging from 0 to 9 which is confirmed using the PARAMETER pushbutton.
