Product Description:
Okuma made the AG1022 M03 Safety Relay Circuit Board Module, a small control system based on relays, to help automatic systems work safely even if something goes wrong. Safety and general-purpose relays are built into the module to handle control signals and make sure that circuit security standards are met.
The AG1022 M03 Safety Relay Circuit Board Module is equipped with two types of relays. It has NAIS AG1022 M03 or AG1071 safety switches that can manage up to 250VAC or 30VDC at 3A, with a control coil that operates on 24VDC. These are used in systems that need fail-safe relay switching. Five NAIS SF2D-DC24V general-purpose relays with a 6A contact value at 250V AC and 24V DC coils are also built in. These switches have been approved by both UL and TUV. Interface ports like XS and headers CN5, A1, A2, B1, and B2 let you talk to servo boards or PLCs that are outside the board. The AG1022 M03 has seven built-in LED indicators, numbered LED1 through LED7, that show power, relay activity, or fault state. The module has driver ICs like the ULN2003 and optocouplers near the relay circuit that separate the logic.
The AG1022 M03 Safety Relay Circuit Board Module also has a dual-channel architecture that provides backup and fault tracking. The relay setup is meant to achieve force-guided contact compliance and safety circuit closing. This module has real-time relay control software that makes the system more reliable. It has parts for signal filtering that cut down on electrical noise and make sure the relays work correctly. It is made to work with programmable control systems, can be mounted on a DIN rail, and has markings on the parts that make them easy to find for upkeep.
