Product Description:
The E0241-653-055B Board is engineered for demanding CNC machining conditions by Okuma as it delivers reliable performance in harsh industrial environments with resistance to vibration, thermal shifts and electrical interference.
The E0241-653-055B board includes white colored terminal interfaces designed to handle both electrical energy delivery and data signal transmission which ensure quick and correct attachment to peripheral devices or control units. It is built with a high quality fiberglass base that provides high structural strength and insulation that can withstand difficult environments and a stable electrical performance across the layers. It is built to OEM standards and it is inspected through rigorous inspection procedures and conforms to standard requirements in professional fields related to industrial automation. It is built for easy integration with compatible machine control systems and it operates when plugged in particularly with Okuma branded controller assemblies. It is manufactured to replace a current control board component because it can be directly placed in location of a preexisting component and does not need a significant quantity of rewiring or design. The module has adjustable jumpers pins and it can configure itself to accommodate functional requirements like signal routing as well as voltage levels or interface selection.
This E0241 series board has been tested to work with a number of series within the Okuma line that guarantees a seamless interface between these control families. It has a DB25 style connector that provides a parallel data transmission path and allows high speed communications between the board and other external devices such as legacy controllers or data acquirement systems. It is integrated with light emitting indicators, which give an instant indication on the status and activity of the board which is beneficial to operators and maintenance personnel when troubleshooting since it will either indicate power presence or indicate error or even communication flow.
