Product Description:

Okuma built the E0241-653-002D Circuit Board, which is an industrial automation device. Made for the Okuma OSP control systems, this lets data be exchanged and floppy disks access the system by using the RS-232 port. Dense LS00, LS08, LS74, LS138, and LS193 TTL logic chips are used on the board for reliable processing of logic and data.

The E0241-653-002D circuit board has several standard 74LS-series ICs on it, which indicate their use of 5 volts of direct current logic level. Reliable signal transmission and effective suppression of noise are guaranteed thanks to the use of several DIP chips and capacitors. You can use rotary encoders or signal encoders with this board via its RS-232 protocol. Typically, the encoder is optical, and its signal is TTL. The pulse resolution of the E0241-653-002D circuit board can be up to 1024 PPR, depending on what external encoder is used. The standard baud rates it offers are from 300 to 9600 bps. Being TTL/CMOS compliant, the board uses clean, regulated DC power. Most microprocessors power at 5V with a variation of ±0.25V DC, and the current depends on the ICs being used. It has been created to operate normally between temperatures of 0°C and 55°C.

The altitude range of the E0241-653-002D circuit board from sea level is up to 2000 meters. It can tolerate up to 0.5G of vibration in the 10- 60 Hz frequency band. It comes with both edge connectors and ribbon interfaces to ensure easy connection. In addition, toroidal inductors and filter capacitors are needed for better power conditioning. The humidity tolerance of this board material is up to 90% non-condensing. It allows for steady sharing of information between the control system and FDD equipment outside the vehicle.
