Product Description:

Okuma is an international engineering firm that manufactures high quality motion control systems.

The BL-MH301E-12S is a servo motor manufactured for industrial automation tasks. The motor excels in speed and position control applications and provides a high degree of control over torque. This servo motor is used in the BLII-D servo amplifier manufactured by the company. The servo amplifier contains the BL-MH301E-12S motor inside it and can be used in rugged and tough external environments. Due to a strongly built outer enclosure, this model can sustain vibrations up to 0.5G. The system is composed of a power board, a radiator plate, a terminal block, a rectifying diode, a circuit protector, an IGBT converter, and a circuit protector. This model can seamlessly function in all areas where the relative humidity is up to 75%. The system has been designed to withstand external temperatures of 0 °C to 55 °C.

The servo amplifier can function with a three phase as well as a single-phase supply. The main circuit is connected to a 200 V three phase supply while the control circuit is connected to a 100 V single phase supply. The BL-MH301E-12S servo motor allows the AC servo amplifier to control the speed, torque, and position with high precision and accuracy. The system is provided with an inbuilt position encoder that feeds accurate position data. It also feeds position data to the SVP board as the feedback signal. The SVP board is one of the main components of the servo amplifier that allows complete control over the speed, position, and torque. The servo amplifier is used for amplifying the signals that are fed to the BL-MH301E-12S motor as the power.
