Installed directly on the machine frame, it receives command currents from a matched Okuma amplifier and turns them into controlled rotational motion. The integrated position feedback allows the control system to synchronize acceleration, velocity, and stopping accuracy, making the unit suitable for tool positioning, pallet exchange, and auxiliary handling duties where repeatable rotary performance is essential. This arrangement supports accurate axis response during rapid starts, reversals, and dwell periods.
