When paired with a matching servo amplifier, it delivers commanded motion profiles to machine tool spindles, pick-and-place arms, and automated transfer stations without the maintenance needs associated with carbon brushes. A programmable current ceiling of 62.5 A protects the motor windings during transient peaks, while a continuous rating of 15.4 Arms sets the thermal limit for steady operation at nameplate load. Mechanical output is rated at 3 kW, which corresponds to a shaft speed of 2000 rpm at nominal drive output.
