Product Description:

Okuma is a manufacturer of industrial automation systems and drive control systems that are used in industries around the world.

The BL-MC140J-30T is a servo motor that is used for supporting the servo amplifier designed for position and speed control. The servo amplifier has been designed for controlling the speed and position with high efficiency. The system can operate in a wide range of external conditions. The servo amplifier can be operated in external temperatures between 0 ° and 55 °C. For storage. The system can be exposed to temperatures between -20 °C and 60 °C. The servo amplifier has a strong build quality and can sustain vibrations of 0.5 G. The system can be operated at a relative humidity of 75%. The servo amplifier is constructed using a radiator plate, a power board, and an SVII board. The power board houses the power unit and the SVCII board houses the control board.

The outer casing of the servo amplifier protects the sensitive inner components like the IGBT, circuit protector, and rectifying diode. The servo amplifier connects the BL-MC140J-30T motor with the SVP board. The main board feeds the SVP board with position command information. The main board feeds the position data to the SVP board as position command for the individual axes. The position, speed, and torque control are executed by the SVP board. The current command signals are fed to the servo amplifier which amplifies the signals for supplying them to the BL motor as the power. The servo amplifier can be operated on a single phase 100 V connection (for the control circuit) and a 200 V three-phase connection (for the main circuit).
