The BL-MC140E-20SB is a high quality servo motor manufactured by the company. This AC servo motor has been designed as an integral part of the BLII-D servo amplifier produced by the company. The servo amplifier along with the servo motor is used for precise positioning applications. The system is provided with the mainboard that has been designed to receive the position command information. The position information is passed on to the SVP board as the position command value of individual axes. The position, motor speed, and torque control are executed by the SVP board. The servo amplifier is used for amplifying the current command signals which are then supplied to the BL motor in the form of power. A position encoder is provided that feeds the position and speed information to the SVP board as the feedback signal.
The servo amplifier that houses the BL-MC140E-20SB motor can be used in tough and rugged external conditions. The system can sustain a maximum vibration of 0.5G. The servo amplifier is composed of a radiator plate, a power board, an SVCII board, a terminal block, an IGBT converter, a circuit protector, and a rectifying diode. The device functions normally in all areas where the external relative humidity is 75%. The system can be operated within external temperatures of 0 °C and 55 °C. The system is operated on a three phase power supply with a 200 V supply for the main circuit. The control circuit of the model is provided with a 100 V supply on a single phase.
